Calipers and pads question

Bike: standard Mongoose Tyax Elite 2007
1. Suffered some mad brake fade from the front at the weekend, was pretty sure it's not my riding technique. Still on standard calipers, discs (160mm) & pads so thought I might upgrading to a larger size. I found the max size supported by the suntour forks is 180's, but just wanted to check what mount I need for the calipers:
According to the brake faq/sticky is this a standard IS mount?
2. I was expecting the pads to be glazed so whipped them apart last night:
The lug that should retain the pad in the holder has come out and spun round, wearing the pad not exactly evenly! Not surprised the front brake wasn't all too good...
So - I thought I might just try new pads first, fitted correctly (the disc is not scored where it has been cutting the lug on the pads) - as I'm a bit of a noob what pads do I need. There are no markings on the back of the pads, what are they referred to?!

the fork is IS. the brake is post.
pads to fit a radius brake. the shop that supplied the bike should stock pads."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks for the reply. Was really hoping to get some online to save me an hours drive each way. Would these do?
