Urgent Gower Help

Staying in swansea tommorrow night and thought I would get 2-3 hours on the bike instead of sitting in the hotel getting fat around the Gower Peninsular and surrounds, anyone no a good circuit??

I think my Hotel is in an area called Uplands somewhere near the mumbles I think.

    I did a nice circuit head to Gowerton then Llanrhidian, Cheriton and then Llanmadoch across to Llanggennith, Bury,Llanddewi,Port Eynon, Oxwich,Caswell Bay up to the Mumbles Lighthouse and then along the Mumbles back to the Hotel.
    56 miles and really enjoyed it, rounded the evening of with a mouth watering dinner of Salt Marsh Lamb and a couple of cold ones.
