New Top (Average ) Speed

First race for 4 years and I averaged 32 kph yesterday for a 60 km race, Not super fast but pretty good at 41! :shock: isn't it........

    Thats an average of 20mph pretty much dead on.

    Thats a pretty slow race to be honest, but if you kept up with everyone then thats what matters. Try going on a few chaingangs if you want to speed up as they generally cruise along at 20mph+
