Routes in Fontainebleau

Hi there - anyone know of some good routes / trails in the forests around fontainbleau in France? Useful website links, maps, locations etc would be great! We're off there in the summer, primarily for the bouldering, but want to do some biking too. Have been before, and there are plenty of forest tracks etc ... but just want something a bit more single-tracky and / or techy if it exists! Cheers!

You could try www.utagawavtt.com and go to the topos vtt page, search the Seine-et-Marne dept./region but your French needs to be good. It's a very comprehensive guide to mountainbiking in France. Hope you enjoy your holiday.
