Following a msg some time ago asking for advice on getting back out on my bike due to fear and a less than encouraging boyfriend - I'm glad to say that today I've made it BACK out onto the road/cycle paths.
There's no stopping me now
. I'm so chuffed and thrilled to be back in the saddle and can't wait for hometime to come around so I can get peddling again!
What's even better - my boyfriend is now supporting me so I can fully enjoy my return.
Anyway - I just wanted to share my brilliant start to a Monday morning.
