Snapped valve head!!!

I just bought a Scott P3 rode it twice then decided to top up the air in the back tyre before going for a ride today using an Aldi special bike pump and snapped the head off the valve!!! End of ride for me.
Can anyone tell me if I can salvage the inner tube with a new valve fitting or do I have to replace the tube?
That'll learn me for buying cheap Aldi crap!!!

it's not the pump, I've done it with a pocket rocket. The tube is usually OK, if it's just the lock nut thats snapped off. the deep section aero wheels with valve extenders leave the nut undone, so if it's missing, shouldn't be a problem.0
