Hey im looking for a gps for when i go cycling off road and on road i dont really care about my heart rate and things like that i just want it to be quite small to fit to my bike and so i can go on a computer plan a route or tell me the quickest way from point to point and to tell me when to turn and simple things like that also if it could be less than £200 that would be nice.
my favourite at the moment is the garmin edge 305 but the thing is i dont care about my heart rate and thats the thing it seems to boast about so please help me out and give me your ideas and thoughts on which you think is the best for mountain biking.

BTW not sure that Garmin 205 does anything but heart rate, distance etc. ie it does not have any maps! Like the 305 is this not a GPS fitness device not a GPS navigation device? My Ride Stumpjumper Expert 20080 -
It's both - it has "basic navigation functions". If you want more, look at an Edge 605 or 705, they are both great pieces of kit."Melancholy is incompatible with bicycling." ~James E. Starrs0
