bottom bracket measurement

Hi, I recently decided to build a bike for the first time, and I purchased a specialized s works roubaix frame. In measuring the bb shell width it appears to be roughly 68.4mm, and what Im wonderig is if the bb shell needs to be faced before being fitted with the axle and crankset?
Or is there a +tolerance of a mil or less in the case of a brand new frame?
Im planning to fit a shimano compact chainset, as the FSA k force ive ordered appears to have a design fault on the left crank side.
Any and all advice greatly appreciated.
Kind regards

The width of the shell is well within limits, but you are advised to have it faced anyway as the bearing cups will not align properly otherwise and lead to premature wear.0

thanks joe, the faces seem parallel and smooth so at a guess Ill just press on with the installation-my main concern was with the shell width and my mind is at ease now.
kind regards
