Stolen Bike?

Hi all,
I've been on the lookout for a 2nd hand road bike for my first sprint triathlon. I've been after a Specialized Dolce and I found one advertised on Gumtree.
However, when I called the guy advertising it, he didn't know what size it was etc. He says it belongs to his sister and that's why, but I'm slightly suspicious about it.

What do you think? Am I being overly suspicious?
Thanks,

Could be stolen, but the fact that it is a ladies bike with a bloke selling may also suggest that he's genuine and just helping his sister sell it for any number of reasons.
As for not knowing the size, I don't even know what size my own bikes are  so wouldn't know about other peoples!! But if I was selling a bike I would make sure I had that sort of details to hand.0 -
I'd be suspicious if only because he doesn't mention in the ad that he's selling for somebody else, indeed the advert is very much in the first person. He clearly states that he doesn't use it any more. The other thing that always makes me suspicious is when the advertiser uses a photograph that they have lifted from somewhere else.
Now I may be doing the seller a disservice, but my personal view is that if there is anything to be suspicious about just walk away, there are plenty more fish in the barrel."Swearing, it turns out, is big and clever" - Jarvis Cocker0 -
Indeed there is still my Trek if you want photos (proper ones) ! Seriously though it does sound slightly dodgy I agree with NorwBlue about info lifted from the manufacturers blurb0
