I have been told by a few people that cycling for more than 3hrs a week significantly reduces the chances of conception. (for men)

Anyone have any insight?

Thanks :)

If you've had tests and they say there is no problem on your side then I wouldn't worry.

I never had any problems, despite cycling 15 hours a week. All without a cut-out on my saddle.
Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

Cycling 10-20 hrs per week for last 10 years and 2 kids,so no problem here.

  • I asked a fertility expert was 10 hours per week a problem and he said he would start to be concerned at 10 hours per day.......!

But then if I cycled for 10 hours per day I doubt I would have the energy to get it up anyway!

If your crotch falls asleep alot, maybe you should worry. I don't get numb now that I have one of those seats with holes in them.
