any good route?

plans for a long tour have fallen trough, i need a route for 1 week max, with generous campsites along the way (we're mixed group, i can make 80km but my friends struggle after 60km plus we may get lost so maybe no more than 50km apart). in uk or an easily accessable region of france (we're students so can't afford too much ferry fees). oh and starting anywhere on the outskirts of london or a port or from a train station accessable from london.

please, any advice is welcome... maybe irland?... i don't know, i'm kinda vexxed the big tour fell through, bloody "friends"! some of us bought gear and everything and are ready to go. need route planned soon so planning is out of the way before exams and we can go preety much straight after.
