rear derailleur

How easy or hard is it to change the bold that holds the rear derailleur to
the rear drop out ( hanger bolt ) Shimano 105 10 speed.. Does it shoot
all over the place when you remove the clip. Have been given Titanium
bolt and would like to swap them over. Thanks

Two min job, no drama. No need for any adjustment, just change the bolt.
