Which is the correct BB for my frame?

I am building up a Klein Palomino and it is becoming a labour of love!
The next task is to find the correct bottom bracket. The BB shell is 73mm (I tried fitting a 68mm BB this morning and it is clearly too short) and I want to fit Shimano Hollowtech 1 XT cranks - the model is FC M751.
Can anyone tell me if these cranks are Octalink or ISIS compatible and what length spindle I will need?

I bought the frame without any components so I am making it up as I go along - as a result, I don't have a 'correct' BB to use as a guide for length.
I would estimate it from the clearance or lack of it that comes from using the 68mm BB that I have already. I think I need to choose between 113 and 118mm spindle length.
