hot spots on feet ??

Hi
I get hot spots on my feet usually the right one first after about
5 miles of riding. I use spesh bg shoes with spd on both my road bike and mtb.
I have tried 2 pairs of socks, wool socks, thin socks, repositioned the cleats.
All dont seem to make any difference anyone with any advice please my feet need it!!!!!

I may be way off but I started to have a similar problem. pain in right foot after not many miles. Solved it by raising the saddle a bit. I think it boiled down to to much pressure on that particular foot.
