We are thinking about going cycling in Pembroke in July. Static camp and day rides. Has anyone any info/recommendations?

Sustrans (I think) have produced some decent booklets including rides around Pembroke. They vary from family trundles to day-long routes and we found them really handy when we had a holiday there a couple of years ago. The Welsh Tourist board is really promoting cycling now.
If you fancy a day on the beach, Marloes Sands is amazing. There are loads of good camping sites around the Pembrokeshire coast. I spent many a summer when I was a kid in and around Little Haven and Broad Haven. St David's is also a very nice little city, as is Pembroke itself).

Yep, check out the little map that shows all the sustrans routes around pembrokeshire, stick it in your back pocket and go. Don't have to stick to the routes as the lanes of pembrokeshire are all pretty good riding. Anywhere along the coast is lovely and a trip up to and around the Preselis is worth a go.0
