Wheels of fortune, The story of Raleigh cycles of Nottingham, an exhibition of a selection of the archives of the Raleigh cycle company at The Weston Gallery, DH Lawrence pavillion, University Park, (Highfields), Nottingham. Free. M-F 11-4 Sa-SU 12-4.

This smalll exhibition is worth a look if you are in or around Nottingham and have an interest in Raleigh. Lots of photos, promo. stuff, old ledger books and one bicycle.

Now I've got a desire building for a nice old Raleigh.

I always wanted a Raleigh International but I have never seen any for sale in the UK. Perhaps they were an export only model as the US seem to have more than there fair share. I should have been looking for a Carlton International as these are available in the UK.
