From Newcastle to Twickenham

Have been a keen mountain bikers for years and then the opportunity below came about and I accepted the challenge. Any help or advice on how to make the journey less painful - first day is 105 miles from Newcastle to Leeds down the A19 and then Ripon through Harrogate etc, day two to Manchester, then to Leicester, Tewkesbury, Bath, London are our hotel stayovers or if you would like to sponsor this great cause!!
I have agreed to join Newcastle Falcons - Tom May on a cycle ride from Newcastle Rugby Club to Twickenham via each Premiership Rugby Club along the way, which in simple terms equates to 540 miles over 7 days
The ride is in aid of Just for Kids Charity and wehave a target of £50,000 to raise, £10k for me and £40k for Tom.
