Hiya,

Just a quick question: Does anyone put latex sealant such as Stan's in Road tyres? I just wondered if would still be effective with the higher pressures.

of course they do if they can get the tyres to stay on the rims

    hutchinsen tyres

    corima or shimano rims

also work with campagnolo and mavic rims that dont have holes in them

I have quit putting any kind of sealant in my tires until after they have flatted. Seems like
most of that stuff works fairly well but also does a real good job of clogging up the
valves, making them hard to deflate and inflate. Kind of a pain. I tend to use "Tufo"
tires and sealant and it all works well except for plugging the valves.
