Giant MPH brake lever reach adjustment

Hi,
I'm trying to adjust the lever reach on a set of Giant MPH brakes originally from a 2006 Giant XTC SX.
I think I'm making this a bit more complicated than it needs to be though - do I simply need to loosen the bolt where the lever hinges, adjust the position and tighten it up again then use the barrel adjustment available on the MPH brake fluid reservoir to back the pads off from the disc if required?
It doesn't seem quite right to be adjusting it this way!
Cheers,
Steve

There should be a 2.5mm allen key bolt to adjust, just under the lever blade near the main lever body.0

Thanks for the info, I'll have a look tonight.
Who'd have thought that a random Polish website would have the docs for giant parts when the giant website doesn't appear to have anything about the parts!
