V-brake and wheel help

ok here we go.
I have V-brakes on my decathlon 5.2, i i need help with them i can't get them to work properly. Please bare with me.(i'll be buying a GT XC4 3.0 in the summer so you can miss out the part that my bike is sh*t and i should change it )
On both front and back brake, they touch the wheel as it goes round. My wheel semms to not go around true, it's rolls wonky what can i do?
And also, on my brakes, it's only one arm that touches and i can lossen it off alli can but it touches anyway
Please help me S.O.S!!

sounds like the wheels need a tweek to re true them and try add more tension to the oposite brake arm to pull that one closer and the will allow the other to sit away from the rim.

how do i tweek the wheels, do you mean the sort out the spokes?0

Yep, sounds like they need truing, and/or the brakes setting up. Make sure the hub cones are adjusted properly too.
All info can be found at Park Tools like nick says, but this isnt really a job for novices unless you got some time to put in - trip to bike shop?0 -
