Headset Reducer for Cannondale?

I've got a Cannondale CAAD 4 frame and I need a headset reducer from 1.5 inch down to 1 1/8 inch. The FSA one that I have bought is too deep to sit in the head-tube recess.
Has anyone out there done this conversion on a Cannondale and could you please point me in the direction of a suitable headset reducer.

Pressumably I can just use a standard headset with those cups.0 -

Hi, I am looking to change my headshok forks as well. I will be getting one of the conversion kits that you mentioned here. As well as a new stem that I will need, will I have to get a new headset in the 1 1/8 inch size as well?
