is it worthwhile upgrading parts on my Scott Speedster S6?

    Some light wheels usually transform a bike's handling/responsiveness (assuming your current wheels are heavy standard issue jobbies) - you can always migrate them to a new bike later on so I'd go for the best you can afford for now.

    Other than that I think it's pointless replacing running gear etc to make the bike lighter when you could buy a new bike in the end of season sales and get a better deal. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
