Will SRAM cassettes work on my Shimano Tiagra hub (F4500 I think)?

Thats basically it really.

My cassette is dead, need to replace and coming from a mtb background I've never had any issues with SRAM.

they will - but why buy SRAM( which are pretty good value ) when tiagra ones are just(if not) cheap ?

SRAM cassettes are better, and give a better set of ratios (IMO)

Not sure about stuff intended for Force or Rival groups, but SRAM do make 9sp and 8sp road cassettes (PG850 and PG950 respectively) with spacing and spline pattern to suit Shimano hubs and transmissions.

The are cheaper than SRAM, but its more of a nice to have thing really.

I'd like to give one a go and see what happens really.
