Easton EA50 SL Wheelset - Opinions?

I'm in the market for a new wheelset to upgrade my Sora hubbed, Mavic CX22 rimmed current set on my Giant OCR2. My criteria are:

*Light (I've moved from a flat place to a hilly place!)
*Reasonably tough (I'm 13+ stone, and commuting 16 miles each way on English roads, but let's just say I'm not putting so much raw power through them that flexing is an issue!)
*Repairable (I'd like spokes that a typical LBS is likely to have, or at least be able to order without a 2 month wait).

I have around £200 to spend, and currently am tending towards an Ultregra hub/Mavic Open Pro build, which are tough and repairable and at least reasonably light. I noticed the Easton EA50 SLs today, which seem to have 'normalish' spokes, definitely light weight, but not sure on their toughness. Does anyone have any experience to share?

I have the EA90 SLXs and they are excellent, and friends have the Circuits and Orions. All great wheels and all very happy with them. I am quite light though at only 10.5 stone.

I would go for the open pros. I was having a chat to the guy in my LBS a few weeks ago and he was saying at the price point you are looking at handbuilts will get you a better wheel.

I have a set of open pros on Centeur hubs on my summer bike and they are good wheels. I am regularly drawn by the bling look of the factory built wheels....... I really want some Fulcrum 3's but they would not be any better than what I have.

hugo15 - One of the attractive things about the Eastons is that they are hand built, although obviously there's hand built and then there's hand built :) More to think about...
