Rotor Noise

I went out on the bike last night and seem to have acquired a rather strange noise coming from both rotors... but at different speeds.
The front rotor seems to be hitting something at low speed, less than 5mph, but when I checked it over I can not see anything and it runs true as best I can see by eye (will probably get a dial guage out later just to double check though)
The rear rotor seems to be making the same noise but at high speed, over 20mph, and again everything seems ok with it.
Any ideas??

I was getting a funny noise from my rear rotor, the QR lever had pushed in a bit and was clipping the spider.0
