Anyone got any tips i can get them done ok @ Service station air lines, but in the woods or @ home with a hand pump i allways end up with a pinched area. Spitting and kneading did the trick once but usually end up wobbling to the nearest service station,
Should add i amrunning tubed tyres on tubless rims (came with the bike!) am just off now to put a new HIGH ROLLER on.
Newbie would appreciate help!

Stupid question I know, but you've got tubeless rims and tube-type tyres. Are you using tubes or sealant?

I'm assuming you're not using tubes, in which case I'm not sure why you would be trying to re-seat a tyre in the woods. If you've got a puncture that the sealant can't cope with, your best recourse is to fit a tube until you get home where you can repair the tyre.

If you do need to reseat the tyre in the woods, a CO2 cartridge is the only way I know.
