hi all new to this forum after some advice please hav recently aquired a carrera vulcan 08 disc speck bike bought at a very resnable price but am thinking of upgradeing the front suspension forks but i'm unsure what to get i do all sorts of mountain bikeing but nothing to technical so i'm after some suggestions from any one and i hav no real price so would really like some ideas of shall we call it cheap forks right the way through to more expensive ones thanks to u all in advance

Unless you plan to move the forks on to another bike, there isnt really any point of spending the same amount as the whole bike on a new set. I'd look at the RS Tora 302 and the Marzocchi MX Pro0

I have the RS Tora 302 on my P7 and so far its been fine. Plenty of travel (130mm) and reasonably priced too.0
