Hi

My bike is simlar spec to yours, difference mainly being i had sora mechs as wel as the shifters.

Only thing ive changed is rear mech to a better one (XT as i wanted a larger cassette), noticed a lot of difference in changing gears a lot smoother, but doesnt affects its rideablity.

Most people do suggest tyres and wheels are the best upgrade, well first as they are what hits the road, can't say ive tried this yet but keep meaning to, expect people can add to this

Oh got a good sadle? as i think a bike can be amazing, but if your saddle isnt comfortable are you going to enjoy riding it?
