Disc Rotor Sizes

I am currently running Avid Juicy 5's on my bike with 185mm rotors and looking to get some additional rotors to go on a spare set of wheels. I have seen some 'cheaper' rotors on the web, but these are noted as 180mm. Does anyone know if these will run ok? I know only 5mm different on spec but this can sometimes make all the difference. Any advice appreciated.

    get the SAME size or you WILL have problems.

    185mm and also get some rotor shims or you will be adjusting the calipers all the time.
