How do, i'm after abit of advice from you cats.
I'm doing a coast to coast this weekend (Barrow on Solway?ithink? to Newcastle). I've been told its about 110 miles (over 2 days).
I've been out riding, 30+ miles 3 or 4 times a week so thats okay, what i was wondering is there any diet type stuff i could be doing. Someone at work said that her husband is a keen cyclist and that he normally starts building up his carbs before a long ride. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Also, sometimes, after a long ride, my left calf feels like its just about to cramp, is this lack of salt?? And how can i stop it??
Thanks in advance.
