Great Notts Bke ride

Dear all
the Great notts bike ride is on the 22nd June, comprising of a 50mile or 100mile loop. I have done a few 75 km rides, including ventoux last summer, but have never got close to 100km let alone 100miles. So question is, am i ready for a 100mile ride, or stick to the 50 for my first ever group event. Does anyone know of the terrain, I'm guesing pretty flat, but after 100miles I'd worry a kerb would feel like the Galibier?
Any advice would be greatly received
