I am a newbie. I have just purchased a 2nd hand Giant SCR 1
Suggestions please,
I will try my best to explain. On the front wheel, between the hub and the fork is like a little chrome ring / cover. I think it is the bearing casing.
When I am riding, it becomes lose and then "jingles" around, it is driving me mad. I pull up and it just pushes securely back on. It then works itself lose again.
Has anybody experienced this before? How can I secure it 100%.

    This isn't the cones is it?

    Is it screwed on, if so it could be the cone nut, take it to you LBS and they will be able to sort it.
