Where to get brown gear cable outers

I'm just giving the bike a complete service and I'd like to replace the gear cables and outers.

I've seen on the new Specialized Pitch bikes that they have a nice brown outer for the gear cables, does anyone know where to get hold of this stuff (or something else brown that is decent)

    I would go for kevlar flying snake cables.
    The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.
