Crank Problems

Hey there
I bought an 07 Carrera Vulcan last summer and i'm just starting to do upgrade work on it.
My left crank arm came loose and the aluminium on the diamond fitting has just worn away. I managed to keep it going for a while with a routine of tightening every day but its finally given up the ghost.
I don't want to buy exactly the same left crank arm because i wasn't very impressed with the quality so i thought i could jsut buy two new crank arms but it turns out the right crankarm is rivetted to the chain rings.
So i need a new chainset bascially, and i've found one i think will be good
Raceface XC type chainset
But i have a few questions which I would love for you to answer!
My current large chainring is a 42T (the others being 32 and 22) the raceface is a 44T, will i need a larger chain or will my derailleur just come forward slightly to accomodate?
Also i'm taking it that in that package i linked you get both crankarms, the chain ring, BB and axle right?
Any better alternatives in that proce range?
