Buying jump bike

Any one know about any good jump bike i could get sub 400, decent forks + single speed, cheers :?

    yeah, i agree with supersonic, the dmr drone would be a good starter bike, and you could always upgrade the forks over time to some marzocchi`s
    if we need trees for the air we breathe..

    then how come when we hit the tree it takes the air out of us??... ( trees...the selfish b***erds want it back!! )

    unfortunately not that simple, as Drone customers have found out

    Drone comes with a good quality cromoly steel rigid fork, but one that uses a bmx-standard 14mm nutted axle

    customers upgrading the fork to something like a Marzocchi DJ3, have then discovered they need a new 24" front wheel with 9mm front Q/R axle.....making it very expensive

    this is why DMR have released the Drone Reptoid, which comes with DJ suspension fork, disc brake, suitable front wheel and 135mm MTB rear hub spacing, to make upgrading to gears possible in the future

    the Reptoid is £100 more, but represents great value over the basic Drone
