replacing my 9 spd mirage drive HELP PLEASE.

Hi Im replacing my 9 spd mirage drive (Crank/BB/Chain/Sprockets ETC) as its knackered and have a couple of question, Im currently using a 12/23 rear sprocket can I use a 13/26 with the same rear Mech, also can I use a 10 spd crank set 39/53 to replace my 9 spd Mirage crank set 39/53.

Any help is more than welcomed because im currently without my road bike and the weather is glorious which means I had no excuse not to do the gardening this weekend.
