I changed the original 42/32/22 chainset on my Hardrock for a 44/32/22 RaceFace Evolve DH Chainset ISIS 175mm
Will the slightly larger diameter need a change of derailler?
It's gone from a frame, to a frame with BB, cranks, wheels, brakes and deraillers attached if not functioning over the course of today

Thanks
One other thing, would anyone mind taking a picture of the cable routing into the front DR? A Hardrock would be ideal but any MTB will give me an idea.
My copy of Zimm's MTB maintenance shows a derailler that seems to be different to mine!
I can't remember which way the buffer underneath the bottom bracket shell was mounted either :?
Thank you very much for any help., this is the most technically challenging bicycle work I've ever done! :P2007 Giant SCR2 - 'BFG'

It does depend on the bike - some are routed from the top, some from the bottom.
Be aware that with some Specialized bikes, the inner gear cables crosses over under the downtube! I am sure an owner of the bike can give you as pic.0 -
Cheers supersonic, I don't think they do on mine but handy to know!2007 Giant SCR2 - 'BFG'
