Question regarding possible frame purchase

Hi guys,
After my last bike was stolen a month or so back I decided I want to build up a new bike. I have found a good deal on an orange sub zero frame however there is a crack in it and I am unsure whether it is worth buying or not. Here's the crack:
The guy wants 60 quid for it which is a decent price but not if it's gunna snap after a bit of abuse! Other than that it's in pretty good nick apart from the odd bit of cosmetic damage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated cheers

Frame is 14" as well and I think that may be too small (I'm 5ft10)0

The frame is dead! That is an accident waiting to happen.0

Cheers for the reply
I fancied building up a bike over the next month or so but am I better saving my time and money buy buying an 'off the shelf' bike? Was looking to spend around 1k ish to do a bit of freeriding.0 -
It usually costs more overall to do a custom build, but of course you get what you want. Dome decent 2007 freeride rigs in the sales for 1k.0

Will have a look thanks for the help.0
