Last year i bought a Cove Hustler , in my eye my dream bike. Ever since i've had it ,i its creaked when im up out the saddle and recently its got worse .
I've changed the bearings in the linkage about a month ago and still no change i've also cleaned the steam/clamp and the bloody thing still creaks .
Before i go into the shop i bought it from and rip the salesman a new @rsehole please please please anyone got any ideas what is causing this bloody noise
P.S Im really the COVE ranger (yes i am)

Try taking your pedals, off, putting a little grease on the threads, and then doing them back up TIGHT.

My 'long term creak' was due to my seatpost not bieng clamped tightly enough to the seat rails. The saddle seemed tight and never moved but an extra quarter turn on the seat clamp bolts stopped the creaking for good.

sounds possible bottom bracket area problem to me mate, though check all your seat post clamps and all too, grease is good!
