Anyone used them? Good service?

Looking at buying a Campag Centaur groupset (priced at £365 as opposed to £400 like everywhere else!) in the coming weeks, but I've never heard of them.

    I bought a Campag Ultra torque chainset from them. I rang to check it was in stock, the chap I spoke to ran downstairs to check stock. He then reserved it for me (it was the last one ), while I placed my internet order.
    It arrived promptly and at a very good price. I was very impressed.

    I ordered a joystick maxx light system a while ago when they came out from them. Checked their website and they showed in stock so phoned to clarify and was told that yes they were in stock so placed order. After a week or so contacted them same guy told me there had been a supply problem from USE and that my details would be forwarded to the importer to send me one directly. After another week phoned again and it was finally sent.
    I was looking for a pair of campag wheels and again their website showed them in stock so I phoned spoke to same guy who eventually said they didn't have them in stock and would have to be ordered.
    The impression I got was that they're the cheapest but don't have the items in stock so if you're not in a hurry.......

    Ok thanks for that.

    I won't be in a hurry as such, I've waited long enough to get the cash together so I can build a road bike, so I'm sure I can wait a couple of more weeks until the parts arrive (if I do have to wait for them that is)!
