Choosing from these bikes...

Hi,
I had decided on, and ordered, a GT Avalanche 3.0, but everyone is out of stock, and the next delivery is 19th May. I'd hoped to be out riding before then, and I also need to be able to cycle to work, so I'm looking at alternatives. I want to stick to the £300 price range ideally, these are a few my local bike shop has in stock, what are people's opinions?
Giant Yukon (Disc) - 24 speed - £300
Coyote Minnesota (Disc) - 24 speed - £295
GT Outpost Disc - 24 Speed - £249
The guy at the shop recommended the Giant to me, but I'd be interested to hear what your views are on the 3 bikes. The way I see it, this is a starter bike to get me riding again, I can upgrade in a few months when I know more about what I want, so these 3 are available and I like the look of them, and more importantly, I could be out riding this weekend.

Have a sit on them, see what fits best.
I'd generally avoid Coyote, they have nasty frames.0
