pike 454 dual air knocking

i have a 2006 pike 454 dual air which has developed a clunk in the left leg. it sounds like something is catching when compressed from full travel, only happens in first 20mm. and its definately left air side leg, warranty work changed everything in right leg and said they were sorted. any ideas??

    strip down and new oil 2 weeks ago. hoped that might sort it

    seals probably censored ??

    it had brand new seals fitted under warranty work aswell. tf tuned were a bit stumped aswell

    probably a manafacturing fault then, damn you rockshox.
