    Stage 1 - Slipstream
    Stage 2 - Rebellin
    Stage 3 - Cavendish
That's a good ploy - post the name of the stage winners after the end of the stage! Can we all do that afx?

How do you lot pick your winners?

I as good as pick a random rider, OK I'm not going to pick Erik Zabel for a mountain top finish, but for a stage like tomorrow I feel it's anybody's guess really.

If I get time I check out the stage profile - tomorrow's stage is quite lumpy towards the end and has an uphill finish which will suit someone like Bettini, Di Luca or Rebellin more than it will suit a pure sprinter.

what is it, a 200 metre rise in the last 5 kms? Mcewen can handle about half that, he will not be able to be there on the final 200 metres.

Gotta see the profile from the race route. That is one that will suit Bettini, Rebellin, Di Luca, Ricco, perhaps Gasparatto and even Bennati might get there. I am on Bennati, because if he is within a bike length of Bettini in the last 200 metres, he will win the sprint.

    Well I was half right.

Kennington Kaiser: I've taken your GC pick but picking the stage winner three hours after the stage finishes is... er... ridiculous.

    Stage 3: Bennati

It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.
