Unusual bike

I popped in to the LBS yesterday to pick up an old MTB wheel they had tried to fix for me. Couldn't help but notice standing near the counter a rather unusual bike. It was an extra large black 07 Allez frame, the basic version, sporting bright red bar tape and a rather conspicuous pair of yellow Zipp wheels. I know people often say a good upgrade to a frame like that would be the wheels, but I have to admit I have not considered Zipps for my Allez.
It certainly catches the eye and brightens the corners. Anyone else got an unusual setup?

I saw a bloke at Aldwych yesterday evenign on a litespeed frame with flat bats and quad spoke wheels. The frame looked like a road race frame. Quite unusual, looked pretty good, but i wondered about the handling of the wheels through the city (i think it was more about the bling though).0

Saw a bike outside a cafe in Malucene (Ventoux) last year. Stunning Ti frame, Campag Record, Corima wheels and top end finishing kit with a huge brown leather Brookes saddle. Wish I'd taken a piccy of it.0
