2 weeks ago, my girlfriend came off her bike in the wet and ripped her Assos tights (approx. 6mnths old). I parcelled the tights up and sent them to Switzerland to see if they could be repaired. This morning, I received a package containing a brand new pair of tights - FREE! Now, that is service and Assos now get my business all the time.

    I wish I'd known about that, I came down on some ice in Jan and ripped an Assos jersey, never even thought about sending it to be repaired! Great service!
