Pimping my pedals?

just a quick one here, can you use the Pimp My pedals kit with DMR V8's as well as the V12's?

The colour comes of the pins really quickly.

put the money towards some new pedals with pins that go right through so they are more easily replaceable.

I have a set of wellgo v12 pedals which screw straight through with a Phillips rather then the little grub screw things on the DMR's as well as having a set of V8's. Was just cosmetic curious as have a Wiggle voucher burning a hole in my pocket

I agree theres no point. A friend had some and the colour came off after ONE ride, they are so annoying to put in as well.
