Dodgy rear brake!

Hello
Whilst riding on my 2mth old Saracen Vortex (hydraulic brakes) earlier I noticed that my back brake shakes and vibrates under pressure. My bike has been meticulously maintained since it was purchased and it wasn't displaying this trait a few days ago.
It is present under any speed once the back brake is pressed it feels as though the rear disc is loose however all screws and fixtures are very tight.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dale

Maybe you have bent the disk when you've been loading the bike into the car or its caught a branch or rock perhaps.0

Possibly, I'll nip out and take a look...0

Are the pads rubbing the arms of the disc or just the braking surface.
Also what are the brakes and the pad condition?0 -
I'm using Tektro Auriga Comp hydraulic brakes with 160mm rotor that only have around 100 miles on them.
I've just had a play with the bike and the rotor doesn't look like it has caught anything and the problem seems to have disappeared?! :?:
Could my frame bag catch the cables and cause such a problem? I did remove it whilst testing earlier and the problem was still present however it seems to have disappeared when putting the bike in the garage. I must have a bike fairy in there0
