Help wanted - hard-to-find clipless cleats

Hi folks,
Does anyone know of a UK source of spare cleats for Miche 302 clipless pedals (at first glance similar to Look PPxxx type but the way they engage at the rear is rather different)? Clements in Ledbury usually sell them but they are waiting on a back order from Italy, whilst JE James are still sold out too! The ones I have on my shoes are OK for now, but they probably won't last too far into the summer
