How to fit campag Ergo levers ?

I have finally decided to try a 'Shimergo' setup on my touring bike, and would like to try to fit the levers myself. Having done STI levers before, I know the campag ergo levers are different in design - can anyone provide advice, or good websites where I can find some instructions ?

I did remember seeing something on Sheldon Browns site, however I cant seem to find the pages now explaining how to fit ergo levers.
