its glorious out there today and I'm in here! After a 30 mile ride into work this morning all I want to do is just go back out in the sun and ride all day! Had a great riding for the last two days 90 on sunday and could have done more, 70 on monday and want to just keep going, especially as I still have yet to ride my Colnago.

Anyone else got itchy cleats today?

I've got itchy cleats, Gatsby! The sun's splitting the sky, again, up here. I'm supposed to be on jury duty today, but the message from the court said that I'm not required and to call in tonight. So I'm off out again shortly - I think a wee trip down to Ayr is called for.

That should give the old cleats a good scratch. :D

All I can see out of the office window are the tourists lining up to have their photos taken with Wembley Stadium in the background set against a bright blue sky :( . It looks so nice outside. Part of my lunchtime will be spent buying SPF30 and aftersun though as I didnt even think about it before yesterdays 2 hour ride. I will be out of here at 4 this afternoon and will spare a thought for those still nailed to their desks.

Very itchy cleats here... I was seriously tempted to continue cycling past the office this morning and head up into the Peaks.... the fact I'm sat here typing this means I didn't.....

I did have, took day off was ready for a 70 odd miler in the mountains, 20 miles in trashed my frame..maybe completely who knows. Oh and my Garmin 205 packed up aswell, gone completely dead won't switch on (after I switched it off) and wont come to life when connected to the PC or the mains charger....what a crap day.

Hugely itchy cleats. Managed to justify 12miles on the bike yesterday, but what's making the desperation even worse is that i could go out, i'm just having to be responsible :(

Crap day on the bike is better than a good day in the office
